Another great product by sports research
I found sports research vitamin D3/k2 combo a little too high in D3, and a little low in K2 (for my needs). I decided to stop taking the combo and take them separately. This provides me with the perfect amount of k2 that I was looking for and I’m glad that sports research made it because I trust the brand, it’s reasonably priced, and I’m glad to give them my business.As I understand it, Vitamin D3 triggers the absorption of calcium and K2 directs it into the bones and out of the blood stream. I think it’s super important if you’re taking D3 to take K2, and I take a small calcium supplement as well because god knows I don’t get enough dairy.
