Good gloves but sized slightly small
I like gardening gloves that offer protection from thorns and the like, but not too rigid and this can be a hard balance to find. These gloves have a nice supple feel to them so don't overly restrict movement of the hand or fingers in use, although I wouldn't suggest these for the most dexterous tasks. For gardening that makes them ideal and they appear durable enough to reduce thorns from easily penetrating. The lining is comfortable and having most of the palm and finger area of leather means moisture won't seep through too readily. The only grumble is the sizing is a little small compared to the many other work and protection gloves I have so bear that in mind. For the price of £7.99 at the time of purchase they're good value for the materials.

Strong yet supple
I'm happy with these Westwood Fox Safety Work Gloves. I am a man and I have smaller-than-average hands I would say so went for size M. They are a good snug fit on me, not much room and as such I think the average bloke would need to go for size L or if you know you have bigger hands then XL.I'm impresses with these and like them. They are strong yet supple, well made and seem like good quality to me. Also I think they have a multitude of uses beyond just gardening, but that's just my opinion.I think you'll be satisified with them, women and men like me with smaller hands are good to buy M but the average man would need an L at least I think and like I said, if you know you've bigger hands go for XL.

Decent quality summer work gloves.
Gloves arrived simply packed in a clear plastic bag.The gloves have suede uppers and a faux leather undersurface. The listing states that the gloves have 'touchscreen compatible' fingertips on the thumb and index fingers, however the gloves I received did not have this. Also specified is an 'adjustable' wrist closure, again the gloves I received did not have this.I ordered the XL size but although I don't have extra large hands, the gloves were very tight so I wouldn't like to imagine how someone with large hands would get on with these?Gloves are decent quality, they just don't have the features specified in the listing.

Good
I got these gloves for doing gardening with, the Large size fits me well, and they come up just past my wrists.I have a lot of trees and bushes, including a few roses, so I tested them on those. They did protect my hands from the smaller thorns, however if I pressed down on the larger ones, then I could feel them slightly.I also found the wrists a bit gaping. I've had previous gloves where you can tighten them at the wrist, and I do prefer that style.Overall, they're decent quality, and will suit me fine for the pruning/weeding etc I do. However, if you need them for anything more heavy duty, then they might not be sufficient enough.

Good for Gardening
As an avid gardener, I recently invested in these Work Gloves, these gloves are incredibly versatile. Whether I'm pruning roses, digging in the soil, or handling rough materials, these gloves provide the protection and flexibility I need to tackle any gardening task. The heavy-duty construction and padded palm ensure that my hands are shielded from thorns, sharp tools, and abrasive surfaces, giving me the confidence to work comfortably for hours on end. Despite their robust construction, the gloves are surprisingly lightweight and breathable, preventing my hands from becoming sweaty and uncomfortable during use. The breathable design also helps prevent moisture buildup, reducing the risk of skin irritation and discomfort.I can't recommend these Gloves enough to fellow gardeners in need of reliable hand protection. With their combination of durability, flexibility, breathability, and touchscreen compatibility, they have become an essential companion in my gardening endeavours.

Touch Screen, Safety Garden Working Gloves
Although extra-large, with my large hands I still found these a little tight albeit not overly so. They are still comfortable enough and give very good protection against the two wild rose bushes in our garden.Although my usage will mainly be around the garden, these gloves feel tough enough to deal with more robust applications like light construction or mechanics. They are billed as being touch screen but I found it far too difficult manoeuvring around the tiny on screen keyboard associated with my smartphone. In summary, a decent enough product which I believe will last me some considerable time.

very comfortable - well made gloves for gardening and diy
I am delighted with these gloves which fit well and give good flexibility, which I notice improves as the leather is used. The gloves are very well made and give excellent protect against thorns, sharp edges and the like. It was warm and sunny when I sued them and i notice two good things - my hands didn't get wet and stick in the gloves - they are advertised as breathable, and they are, and the yellow colour didn't transfer to my hands at all. I like that they are yellow - they are very easy to findThese gloves are really great value and will get a lot of use as the weather improved!
