Great Product!
I am liking it. It seems to be helping me. I haven't been using but for about a week. I feel like it is enhancing my health. Less pain and more energy. Not sure it is supposed to give more energy but I have been feeling so much better since I started taking it. I would recommend you trying it. It is definitely worth trying.

Couldn’t tell you if these work without providing real evidence such as blood work. That said, I do not take vitamins, though I eat mostly clean and I figured this combination of herbs and spices may help fill in some deficiencies or even help prevent illness and inflammation. Since I have been taking them, I have felt “normal” and have not been sick or as sore from the gym (recovery seems to be faster). Can I say it’s because of this product? Absolutely not. But it is one of the only recent factors that I have changed and I do feel a difference in my day to day experiences. Placebo effect? Maybe. If I discover any evidence to suggest these indefinitely work I will update my review. But for now I do recommend them and I think the price is fair. They smell great too!

Seems to be good
I take vitamins and pretty much every one in this combination so I decided to try this instead of individual doses. Price is a little bit high tho.

Easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I'm not sure that I can vouch for the effectiveness in pain relief as I feel no difference. Maybe it at least helped my immune system get stronger.

I am taking one per day in the morning. I love finding a combo instead of having to take this separately. It hasn't bothered my stomach. Spices are so good for health that I wanted to make sure I'm getting them daily.

No after taste
Still trying out the product. I like it since is only one a day and it easy to use and swallow. No taste at all. We using it for inflammation purposes.
