This chair came exactly as advertised :)Unboxing was easy, items were labeled clearly and the instructions were detailed, clear, and super easy to follow.The hardware is solid and they included the tools needed too :)It looks just like the photos -I chose the beige and it looks really nice. I love the compact size for my small space, and the seat is wide so easy to add pillows, and makes for a more comfortable bed.It is firm as expected, easy enough to lay a blanket or pad on for guests who prefer a softer bed.The back adjusts nicely, clicking in place and holding well.I had some questions for the seller, and they responded the same day! The media could not be loaded. We purchased two of these chairs a few months ago. They are in a room, predominantly used by our grandchildren. The quality is decent, in particular for the price point. They were easy to assemble and are attractive and easy to use. They are holding up perfectly and the fabric is very easy to spot clean as needed. I would recommend these to anyone who needs additional sleeping spaces for children. I do not believe these would be comfortable for an adult.

The sleeper chair arrived one day early. The box was easy to rotate inside and open. Only four washers were missing. Generally, the product is as pictured. The back wheel sticks out when it's pushed in as a chair. Pulling the bottom out and especially up can be tricky as essentially it is only the wheels locking it into place. You could pull it the way out accidentally, but it's easy to put back into place. It's Doctor's office chair firm, with very little padding. Very little. I advise buyers to look ahead at the steps as some of the diagrams are a little weird to judge, but when you look ahead, what goes where becomes obvious. Make coffee. Overall, easy to put together. I did it by myself. Definitely a budget sleeper chair and that's what I was looking for in my creative space... Somewhere I could relax in my studio office. It makes a good reading recliner and an acceptable guest bed but only for healthier younger folks that don't have aches and pains. I was definitely on a budget and it's a win for me. A better pillow and a throw will do wonders for it. As others pointed out, a foldable foam pad as a topper also helps. However, the manufacturer should add more padding. Even for this price.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this couch almost a month ago, but installed it and built it yesterday. The quality of the material is amazing. Very comfortable to sit on let alone the fact that it opens up to a full size bed. and comfortable for just taking a nap in the living room has even pockets on the side for a newspaper or a book the mechanism of the pulling out on the bottom to be a bed is just amazing how they pull that off and overall this is an amazing couch that turns into a bed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something cheap, comfy and nice. Looking to give your living room a nice look.

This product is poor quality, hard as a rock . This chair is NOT COMFORTABLE . I would not re immense purchasing this chair if you are looking for comfort . You get what you pay for is very true with this purchase !!!

I like the ease of assembly and the fact that it folded out into a bed very easily. The chair is extremely firm has minimal cushioning Had to buy another pad to put on top of it to make it suitable for sleep.
