sleek and does the job
haven't been able to test max speeds but I have had no problems using it linking multiple drives to my USB-C connection on my ASUS B450 motherboard port. I have a Kingston DataTraveler 512gb 1000 MB/s usb-a drive attached to it, and if I transfer a 4.5GB mp4 file from the 3.0 NVME drive it gets max 350 MB/s and can drop a lot lower depending. Inconsistent. But if I copy the file from the fast USB drive to the NVME drive, the 4.5GB transfers in less than a second. Point being, I think this hub is fine. Whatever limit to the speed is with the Kingston or the NVME drive.

Reliable, gives me enough USB-C ports for my peripherals. Cord between the hub and computer could be a little longer.

Great results with MacBooks and video
I’m pleased I found this hub. I am constantly working with large files and multiple drives, peripherals like video switchers and control surfaces–all requiring a USB-C connection. Being able to expand my USB-C ports for my MacBook Pro has been such a simple but effective way to increase functionality. It has been especially helpful with my MacBook Air, which has only two ports.I have had three peripheral devices and my Apple Watch charger connected simultaneously with no issues.So far, I’m very pleased with its compactness and performance.

Best Little USB-C Hub for my iMac M4
Easy to use. Green LED lights are a plus. Fast file transfer using this hub.

Short on ports? This is a game changer
The computer has fewer ports than needed . I have two external drives, a UPS and a connected printer/scanner. This hub takes the load, easy to install, mildly warm, but is able to take the load. The cord could be longer . I use mine for my iMac. The hub is universal for USB-C

Device failed
Disappointed with this product, one port stopped working after 10 days. Had to purchase another device at a local store as these ports were needed right away.I do not recommend purchasing this product.Update: Seller contacted me and offered refund and replacement of device. Refund was quickly provided.
