So the method I found best for me is to use a flavored yogurt and mix it in the cup that way Im getting my live cultures and probiotics in as well in the morning which depending on brands adds more protein to the mix. Strawberry blueberry been my current choices as I like my coffee MY WAY with no more no less "STUFF" in it. enough said I am also using the super hair serum simultaneously and my curly hair loves it. Im trying to get my fullness ( really thick hair) I had back in my 20's. to return. The system together is promising and I believe both products "WORK" as I am seeing subtle results from over a week use but nothing is magic ya'll. To regrow hair these products encourage your body to grow it naturally and yes they indeed are worth the money and work but they work with commitment to using them daily over time. seeing ANYTHING in a week or so to me is big and means its a green light to keep going. My hair looks healthier for sure. I use 2 scoops to a little water and chug it then chase with a bottle of water.Taste like old mushrooms.

So its too soon for me to be able to say if it works. I honestly thought this was a cream for your hair instead of a powder you add to a food or drink. Im not a coffee drinker mostly sweet tea. And i dont drink smoothies but i do occassionally eat yogurt. Ive added this to a strawberry banana ypgurt and you coukd still kinda taste it bit it wasnt unmanageable. Im not sure how often ill repeat thay though

I try to keep up with collagen supplements as I do feel it, brightens my skin adds to my new found 95% acne free lifestyle . I two scoops of this mixed in some water and I do not recommend anyone do that ever at all for any reason ever it taste like what I believe frog breath would. It definitely does dissolve so you’re not drinking chunks however, I had to chug it so as to not waste it. In the future, I plan to blend it into my smoothies and will follow up with an update because I am 34 and my baby hair is currently betraying me, with all the Gray that continues to come every week or so. I’m tired of plucking them and I’m always after options that will reverse this if possible or reduce my plucking maintenance time.
