I get sweaty feet when walking in my gym shoes, so the pads slip sideways and don’t help at all. When in place they DO help with my neuroma on the balls of my feet and are very comfortable to wear even with dress shoes.

THese metatarsal pads are a great solution instead of using the ones that stick on the plant of you feet. The only dilema I had initially was about the precise location. But I was able to see some marks on the shoe and they helped me to put them on the right place for metatarsal help.They are comfortable and so far I have then in for two weeks and still work great.

These pads stick well and firmly to the sole and are comfortable. I’ve worn it under my sock and went for an hour of walk, and I did not experience any discomfort from it. After that, I followed the instructions and washed it with warm soapy water and the pad is ready to be used again without any compromise on the stickiness. Although it sticks to the sole firmly, there isn’t any residue upon removal. The process of removing it is also very easy and comfortable.

This is a pack of 10 foot cushion pads. They're gel-like and very supportive on the bottoms of my feet. I put a pair in my high heels that absolutely tortures my feet. My feet love the cushion and support. They do stick better on a smooth surface such as faux leather rather than with a material shoe liner. The price is also very reasonable $9.99 (at the time of this review).

Wow, these are really comfy and THICK and large gel pads with lots of squish! Definitely a big cushion for my feet. While they are advertised for the ball of the foot I think they will also work great for the heel as well. Either way these are a game changer for wearing heels and being on my feet for a long time. Like tiny gel pillows in my shoes!

These gel foot cushions are great for my feet. I've been riding a bike and my foot has been more sore than usual due to excess pressure.I added these pads to a couple pairs of shoes, wear socks and they're an extra bit of cushion for my sore feet. Adding these Shynek gel cushion pads to shoes helps bring more comfort to my feet. The adhesive is strong. Glad the pads are marked with "left" "right" to make sure they are applied correctly. The challenge is to apply at the right spot in the shoes at the first try. Otherwise will take some effort to peel off and re-try again.
