They are really good and great value bands. I use them when I am unable to get to the gym. The entire packaging of the item is so personal and a card from the proprietor. The product is very well made. There is also a visual exercise plan, which is most beneficial in getting the most out of the bands. All the bands are colour coded with weight equivalents. Very clever. Good for taking on holidays, or in fact any where. It comes with its own pouch and a door attachment to get the most out of your workout. These have been great. The wall chart with exercises is really helpful for complete beginners and the attachments are fantastic also. A nice complete little set to get me started. Really pleased.

Good quality dose the job

The bands seemed good, but the lowest strength yellow band broke within less than a month of normal use. That was the one I had started with and I was using it just once daily for stretching the hands side-wise while keeping band pressed in the middle under the feet. Edited- I contacted the seller and they gave me a refund. They were also offering me a replacement. I am happy with the customer service. The other bands are lasting well so far.
