The cabinet is very attractive to look at. The sensor lights give it style. The bathroom fitter says the cabinet itself is level on the wall however it has proved impossible to adjust the door so that it is level with the glass sides both left and right. I would appreciate another set of hinges to attempt to rehang the mirrored door.

Too heavy, our one hums quite loudly, the heat for the anti-fog stays on all the time in the mirror when the lights on, the shaver point we wanted for our toothbrush charger isn’t great either as it’s a sloppy connection.We asked for help with the hum but sadly the supplier expected us to take the item down from the wall (did I mention it weighs a ton), open it up, undo the transformer and add some kind of rubber behind it, put it all back together again …..and see if that worked?!??! I said not happy about that. At the very least we’d need more info (ie a video) on how to do that ……were still waiting over a week later. They’ve offered us a ridiculous discount of £12 which I’ve told them is an insult. So far all this cabinet has been is an expensive mistake sadly. I did speak to other purchasers about the humm and have had mixed responses - some had no humm while others experienced the same as we did. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Looks very professional and well made. Add a style to my bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The product quality isn't that great. the alignment of mirrors isn't optimal. Ok product if you are looking for mirror with decent storage. Is a bit heavy for this size of mirror so needs care while installing.

Despite this mirror being packaged up co sidetracked well, the mirror was damaged / cracked along the top edge of the unit. Not ideal at all. Had to send back for a refund, even though it's a replacemnt thatbis needed.

The media could not be loaded. After wiring it up, we noticed a humming sound coming from the mirror. As a result, we had to take it down and send it back, which was a bit of a hassle since we had to organize the return ourselves. We paid Evri £20, packed it back into the box, and sent it to Manchester. It took a few days to arrive.On the plus side, they issued a refund promptly as soon as they received the mirror, which was good. However, we are still £20 out of pocket. In the end, we got a mirror from B&Q, which has no buzzing sound and would be easier to return if needed.
