A A-Peely-ing Gift for a Fortnite Fan
Most people will know what Top Trumps is and even has a few packets. You can get planes, trains or automobiles, but more likely in this modern age some famous IP. This set of 'Top Trumps Independent and Unofficial Guide to Fortnite' does not have the Epic seal, but does not lose out much for it. This is the same five numbers to choose from and top trump the other players game that I played decades ago.You get a picture of one of the characters and some info. Fans will recognise many of the characters as they turn up in the game in various guises. The game is as solid as ever and the balance of cards is about right. It is like any other standard Top Trump deck i.e. well made and will entertain in the car and theme park queues for decades. Just get this for the Fortnite lover in your life.

Disappointing choice of ‘stats’
This Top Trumps game is based on the the Fortnite game which has millions of fans around the world - lots of kids are going to be familiar with it. Each card has a different Fortnite ‘skin’ but the stats that they’ve chosen are pretty ‘lame’ - things like “fashion sense”, “popularity”, “humour” and “originality” probably aren’t going to appeal to the age group that these are aimed at (12+)
