Tasty and not sikly
I struggle to take anything in when I am running. These have been fantastic during my marathon training.

It tastes sort of ok...
I have stopped eating processed food so naturally I don't really consume this sort of things usually. However, I needed something to keep me fuelled up during my long runs so decided to try these out.Previously I have tired the SIS gels but those tasted disgusting and ended up only using one of the gels. I probably would prefer eating grass along my running route than the SIS gels. These High5 ones, although they are not nice, are more palatable. It actually does taste as though they might be made using at least some natural ingredients.

Best gels
My go to gels, use one per hours run locally and find a good boost of energy and easy on the stomach.

One gel does almost everything.
Both refreshing, and pleasent on the gut. Plus no need to take water with these, as they're much runnier than regular High5 gels.During a 10 mile training run, I took 3 of them with me, and needed to use all of them. By contrast, any other gel outside the 'Aqua'...on a similar length run...I only need to take 2 during exercise, but with water. So there's a trade off for having something that's slightly more liquified, but I would still recommend if that's what works for you.Hope this helps!!

Better than normal gels
More like a liquid than a gel doesn’t make my stomach turn like normal gels so worth the money every time

Bulkier than normal gels
I think these work just fine, as far as one can tell, but they are bulkier than normal gels to carry in your pocket, so fine for medium rides when you might want one or two, but not ideal for mega-rides when your pockets are really stuffed.

Reliable and easy to swallow
Used these for years mainly as they are so easy to swallow without water. They can be a pain to open sometimes though!
