Wow. I am so grateful to have found this gem! I’ve been using it paired with the blue centella calming cream and they’ve made my face look better than it ever has before. I’ve received so many compliments on my skin, it’s gotten to the point where I don’t wear makeup to work even though I work retail. I’m feeling so confident about my skin and it’s all because of this product. It’s so lightweight but does the job. I like to use a couple pumps over my face at night so that my skin can absorb it while I sleep and just one or two in the daytime. I’ve always struggled with red spots and patches on my cheeks and they’ve slowly deteriorated. Plus the size of the bottle is so much product for such a low price. Truly and honestly recommend.

Retinal is the best over the counter available for these results. Retinol is better for sensitive skin if you are prone to irritation. It is great for cell renewal and collagen for that youthful look.After a week of trying it, I can see the difference. It's effective and fast. I use it under my moisturer and SPF sunscreen. My skin feels hydrated using it with my other products. So far so good and the bottle size is generous unlike most other products.

This is a great lightweight serum! It absorbs nicely and has definitely made my skin better! Ive only been using it for about a week and it has helped unclog a few pores on my nose! My skin feels so smooth, fresh, and renewed! Make sure you use spf during the day when using this product! I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out.

I am 49 years old, and I am no stranger to retinols. I picked up this item after watching a video on this product that originated from TT. I am a huge believer in Korean skincare, so I purchased this item and started slowly. Now even though this is good for sensitive skin, I do get a small occasional whitehead if I attempt to use this every night. So I scaled back and use 2-3 days per week. I use this product with Tranexamic Acid, a Peptide skin booster, snail mucin, etc.. after my red light therapy. This product had a gel like consistency, has minimal to no smell, is lightweight and not greasy feeling. And my skin feels smooth and hydrated. Overall, skincare consumes me and sometimes it's a lot to juggle. I have seen a subtle change in my skin, but I am doing multiple things at once (GuaSha, Red & Blue Light therapy, etc) and because I see a positive impact i will continue and finish off this large product before deciding to repurchase this product or purchase a retinal with alil more punch such as The Ordinary's Retinal 0.2% Emulsion. My goal isn't to try to look like I did when I was 30, but rather to have a clear glowing refined complexion & skin texture. So far, I am not disappointed, just alil moody because I tend to do too much but that's my personality!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product has changed the look and feel of my face. For someone over 60, it is a game changer. After applying it to my face/neck/decolletage each morning, I give it a few minutes to dry. Anything leftover on hands is applied to my elbows and shoulders. I then apply snail serum. Great combo on days I need to wear makeup, which latelt is not very often. Granddaughter was here for recent visit and thought I was already wearing makeup. Love it so much grabbed two more bottles at a discount during recent Prime Days.

Works great, my skin looks and feels fabulous. The effectiveness is very good, no skin irritation, my skin tone is lighter, my pores appear much smaller as well. Its light weight. Overall another great buy.

I'm more impressed with this than anything else I've tried. Within a cpl months my skin looks younger & I've had so many compliments. What I use b4 I apply this is Maree glycolic acid pads w/ vitamins B3, B5, E. The combination of these 2 products has taken 10 yrs off my looks. I still have abt 7 jars of stuff that I've bought & have given several away. I will buy this again & the Maree glycolic pads again.Update-----------I left a review in june abt this Meditherapy Retinol Skin Booster. I'm updating bc I'm buying another bottle. This is alot of product for the price. I started using it on my arms & legs after a shower & a cpl times a day on my arms. This isn't just for beginners, this is for anybody who wants to transform their skin w/o spending $45! I will continue to use this on my face & adding this to my body care. So far, I love this stuff. It makes my skin soft w/o being heavy or greasy like alot of lotions or body butter can. It made a big difference in my arms in only one week & for summer it's so good for showing off your arms & legs & makes them soft & looking great!

I have no idea how this works so well and is so cheap, it is also HUGE. I am a skincare snob, but I looked this up on the One Skin app (if you are a skincare person btw you need that app it rates products based on safety of ingredients) and it has an amazing score. So I tried it out, and wow. I am stunned. I will be buying this forever, my fine lines and dark spots look better, it really does help with redness control, and I’m pretty sure one bottle will last me all year. 10/10 highly recommend.
