This is a great product. Bloating and digestion issues are not a facror me now, since i am 65 with nutrient absorption problems and bloating; perhaps due to weak liver bile which could be developed into incomplete digestion and malabsorptiin problems in intestines that could result in unwated deposits in bones, arteries, organs etc.. Also, undigested foods puts pressues on kidneys and liver to remove more and more toxins and on and on. So i am using this good product with another digestive inzyme supplement accompanied with vitamin D3 and Omega3 and vitamin B complex and protien and apple cider ving next to other good stuff first thing in the morning. And dont forget about ktogenic intermitent fasting and Ketones (on empty stomach and exercise routines. All in all, this Promeline is a good complement to my daily nutritional intake.

I take bromelain for digestion. This product seems to work for that. If there's some pain relief, great, I need all of that I can get. But the main reason I bought this is because the price is better.This is a few months later. I had switched from Now bromelain because the price was better, but now I also notice that I can get the same effects on a lower dose.

I have used this brand for about a year with no trouble. I started a new bottle about a month ago, and now it smells rancid. I will be throwing out the rest and looking for a new brand, since there appears to be no way to contact the seller.

Very good product which seems to have already helped my joints somewhat. I think it will probably take more time to see a big difference in my pain level, but I was surprised to notice an almost immediate difference.Also very good for digestion if you take it with food. I will definitely reorder!

When I ordered this the price seemed way too good to be true, as Bromelain is not a particularly cheap chemical. When I opened it, my skepticism was confirmed.High strength Bromelain (2400 GDU/gram) always has a distinct smell to it. It's a kind of off-sweet smell. It kind of smells good truthfully, but it's very recognizable. I have taken Bromelain for over 10 years and every high dose Bromelain formula has this smell, but this formula does not.This being said, there is definitely some Bromelain in the formula because I decided to do a little test. I mixed some of the capsule content in with a piece of shrimp and some water. When I came back a few hours later, the shrimp was liquefied. So, there is definitely Bromelain in the formula, but I am skeptical of the strength.I updated my review because NOW Foods tested this brand's Co-Enzyme Q10, and it had about 2% of what was stated on the label. So, I am guessing this product is very similar. It looks like it's basically rice powder.I personally will just stick to NOW or other reputable brands.
