YES. You can also set it to show a scaled copy of the FAX. Plus you can print a status report with recipient, time and whether or not it was successful.

Yes, it has a one year warranty. If you purchase make sure you register with HP otherwise wise they will go by when the printer was shipped to the seller instead of when it was purchased from the seller. I don't what the volume you'll putting through the printer but if it's offered I would suggest also getting an extended warranty. Hope this helps

Yes it can if you place the paper in the bypass tray.
