Decent quality steel, decent build quality, and arrived reasonably sharp. A great budget kitchen knife! I've been using it for about 4 months and no complaints so far.

Extremely sharp and comfortable to use. I made chicken salad with this one knife to put it through the paces and it sliced through chicken breast, walnuts, and celery with ease. It's a great price for a VG-10 equivalent steel knife, and it's very well balanced too.

Knife was very sharp out of box. Was pleased to see the quality put into the metal for the price. However I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the handle, the wood is very cheap and porous and was coasted in an epoxy, the handle is the only thing that makes it feel cheaply made but overall the balance, size, and comfort are all great.

This is a nice knife brand foe the money, I have two other smaller knives by Hezhen that are great. This one though is definitely too heavy for comfortable use, at least for me personally...also, the black finish on this one is shiny and uneven whereas the other knives it is a matte finish and more evenly applied.Anyway, if you don't mind a heavy knife, go for it. These knives come shaving sharp right out of the box

I like the size and the textured sides. Obviously it's sharp, haven't had it long enough to know how well it keeps sharp.

I'm surprised at the quality and how sharp this knife is for the price. Very happy with my purchase, so far. Maybe time will tell.
