Worked perfectly installing my new pioneer receiver into 2012 Honda Ridgeline

Blows my mind how simple this is. Ive faught with steering wheel control boxes time beforw and it takes the day to update software and play with dipswitches. This one was too simple. Set the switches layed out in the manual, plug it in. That's it. Easy. Only thing is I don't think you can remap buttons, but the default config was fine

got this in a kit after I finally got the radio installed using it it took not even a month to where the steering wheel retainer box stooped working it would act if the button were being pressed when there not when i called customer support all they told me is there working on the problem that they couldn't send me a replacement

It's a nice all-in-one kit for keeping the steering wheel controls and adapting the factory harness (including the antenna) to an aftermarket radio.

I just tried this harness since my metra harness never worked. This has already everything setup and cabled, so I decided to give it a try and it worked!! I installed this with a pioneer avh-2300nex. The brown cable of this harness is the AMP cable, which connects with the blue/white cable on the pioneer harness, set this up and you're good to go. Pretty sure it works with all 2009 - 2014 Acura tsx/honda accord. There is a pink(red)/white cable on this harness that has no use or at least I couldn't find a use for it, I just left it there by itself.

I ordered this product only because it stated it did not require any programming for my vehicle’s steering wheel controls. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Like most people, I could only get the radio installed on the weekend. I took my car to the installer and after completing the install everything worked except the steering wheel controls. He walked me through the settings listed in the instructions and I verified the settings were done to my model and model’s specs. Of course by this time, it’s Saturday and they are about to close. My only option was to have them put the radio in and try contacting Amazon for assistance when I got home. This was another unfortunate event. The Amazon rep patched me in to Crux support and I was told I would receive a replacement steering wheel module. It’s now been over 3 weeks and no replacement. I eventually just went to Best Buy and purchased a universal module and had it installed. My steering wheel co trolls now work fine but it costed me an additional $60. My recommendation, purchased from the installer and save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

This worked perfectly for my 2012 Accord SE sedan. Pro tip: Connect your back-up camera reverse (+) wire to the pin 6 (light blue wire) in the 16-pin connector at the driver’s side fuse box.

To me it was useless. Did not work at all. Threw it in a garbage.
