Great product
My kids loved the cycle. It's beautiful and good customer service. We watched the video on how to assemble it on YouTube and it was easy.

Ok cycle, Its not assembled properly there is some miss match
The media could not be loaded. Product was ok. some constrains are1.side support wheels are not fitting properly, 2. not able to fit basket in its correct position and3. somewhere some fittings from company are not so good.Material quality wise product is good I think so because its little heavy.It’s very longer then other 16T cycles

Poor quality
I bought this bicycle as a birthday gift for my daughter and she used it for 5 days, it got a puncture on the 5th day and got it fixed, next morning it got punctured again. When I informed this information to the company, they said that they would give me a new tyre, and now after 20 days, there is no response.
