SukrinAll-Purpose Baking Mix 340g

This product arrived with the corners all squashed. I would have returned it on principle, but I needed it the next day for a birthday cake base for my granddaughter and I wasn't going to let her down. Cake mix was not affected, but dissapointed with the state of the packet

Pricey but worked really well and produced a 8' cake and several smaller cup cakes. Easy option and can add any flavours easily.

Really bad taste, and no icing or anything, just the cake mix, and it tastes really weird.

I used this mixture to make a coffee cake. Very good result in terms of texture and flavour, just wish it was a bit cheaper.
