Malibu CVitamin B5 Scalp, Skin and Hair Revitalizer Mist - Multi-Use Hydrating Mist Enriched with Allantoin to Help Soothe Skin, Restore Moisture and Improve Scalp Protection (8 oz)

My daughter loves this stuff for keeping her skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. We live in a area with hot, hot summers, so it seems the AC is always running, and that can be drying to the skin. She likes to spritz this on after a shower, before bed, or when she just needs to refresh during the day.

I have oily, aging skin and this Malibu C B5 Face & Body Moisture Mist is marvelous for making my skin look and feel hydated without making it oilier.It comes in an 8oz spray bottle and the product is clear and looks like water. It doesn't have much of a scent at all. The directions say to spray it on clean, dry skin and allow to dry. I spritz it on and then rub it in. It does leave a very slight film on the body but it's not sticky or greasy. It works fine as a base under makeup and isn't at all greasy or oily but it does make my skin look more hydrated and feel very soft. I especially like it on the back of my hands and my arms because the skin there is thinning and drier and this makes it softer and less dry looking.The bottle says you can spritz it on wet or dry hair for added shine but I haven't tried that.The active ingredient is Vitamin B5, which is pantothenic acid. This is often used in products for treating eczema and acne and diaper rash so it's quite soothing to your skin.My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive. If it was less so, I would use it every single day.

For the price, I would have expected a more attractive bottle and a product that had some real moisturizing for the skin. The bottle certainly isn't eye catching!I have a hard time reading the information on the bottle - the color of the print isn't easy for my eyes to read. The sprayer does work well.It itched when I put it on my face, but it doesn't itch on the rest of my body. This is supposed to be a moisturizing spray, yet it says to put it under your moisturizers or lotions. I don't understand the need for the two layers!It supposedly has a pear scent, but I can barely smell anything at all and I have a pretty good "sniffer". I would like a little more fragranceI do like it for my hair, though. Just the finest of sprays helps de-tangle my hair and makes it soft and shiny plus eliminates the fly-away I get in the winter. I'll focus on using this mist only for this purpose and probably won't get it again.I suppose it's hard to produce something that works for face, body, and hair without causing problems in one of the three areas!

I am always looking for a good quality moisturizer that is not greasy. My skin tends to be oily, so it does not absorb most lotions at all and I am left with a slimy arm. Even in the winter when my skin is visibly dry, it does not like most lotions. This moisturizer has been amazing for my skin. The first time I used it, I used my most drying body wash that always leaves my skin looking dull and dry. A few sprays of this and my skin was re-hydrated and did not feel greasy at all. The spray manages to moisturize even though the product is the consistency of water. It is on the expensive side, but a little goes a long way. And for me because it is so hard for me to find a lotion that doesn't make me feel greasy all day, it's totally worth it.

This is a great moisturizer spray. I love to use it after I get out of the shower. It keeps my skin from drying out and leaves it smooth and fresh. It has a nice smell, but isn't too overpowering. Overall, I really like it.

I've been using this both as a setting spray when I want to help my makeup last but don't want something that will heavy, sticky or hairspray like on my skin. I've also been using it when I want to give my skin some moisture during the day (which given that it is fall, almost winter and I spend my day in a dry office building with the heat on, is frequent). I like it for both purposes. It helps my makeup last longer, even if I get a lunchtime workout. And it also helps dry patches from popping up and my skin from feeling parched in general

I love refreshing face mists, and this was touted as also being for the body, so I couldn't resist trying it out. The bottle is larger than many other mists, which usually come in the 4 to 6 ounce range. I am guessing that is because it's not just for the face.The spray for the bottle really surprised me, it didn't drip or send out huge face splashing drops. It was a gentle mist on par with my expensive (and smaller) specialty face sprays, and it had a larger coverage area.It was gentle enough to spray not only on my sensitive to normal skin, but my sweet baby's face as well. (He thinks it's hilarious!)There was no scent that I could smell, slightly sad about that because I really like the sensory aspect of scented sprays, but it's gentle so that's not a deal breaker.The price seems higher at about 24, but it's also for a larger 8 ounce size, so it's completely reasonable as well.Bottom line though, does it really moisturize. I'm going to have to go with probably not as much as I'd have hoped, it tends to my skin more as a toner or refresher mist.But, it feels nice, doesn't leave my skin tacky or cause any irritation. It is a refreshing mist, and I enjoy using it. So I would repurchase this one.

I have sprayed this all over me. It leaves a bit of residue behind that is slightly refreshing and may be moisturizing. I have not yet tried spraying this into my hair. I use another product for my hair. About 5 minutes ago I sprayed my face, hands and arms, which feel dry. The spray moisturizer seems to improve my dry skin a little bit. The label doesn't say to, but I shook the bottle before I sprayed myself, just in case. This moisture mist needs to have a bit more moisturizer and less water. It really does not do much of anything except leave a faint scent behind and a feeling of residue.
