Exactly as described. Beautiful colours. Does the job.

Clasp broke after few months use but in A&E so was being used lots. Bought another to replace as like the colour and easy to use and cheap.

Worked well for about 2 months and then the plastic part that catches the internal mechanism and holds the tourniquet securely in broke. It is now useless unfortunately. I wouldn't buy it again. Was used 2-3 times daily for taking blood/cannulating.I have another older tourniquet that doesnt have the same style of locking mechanism that has lasted for 2 years. I will try find another like that!

Mit dem Venenstauer möchte ich meinen FirstAid-Koffer aufrüsten bzw. erweitern. Er sieht stabil, robust und hochwertig aus. Man hofft natürlich immer, dass der Einsatz des Venenstauer so schnell nicht kommen mag, aber sollte es denn sdann mal soweit sein, vertraue ich ganz auf den guten Ruf Rolseleys.

Très bonne qualité, et bon rapport qualité pri, ce n'était pas pour moi mais pour offrir à un jeune homme qui a eu son diplôme comme infirmier.
