Good product, delivery issues.
Despite being advertised as being a "pack of 4" and despite the adhesive label on the cling film these were wrapped in stated "pack of 4", the packs were in fact only three.To add insult to injury, I received the chocolate ones.

Many biscuits were crushed
A common feature in all 4 boxes of biscuits was crushing in 4/9 of them on each box, suggesting poor handling when storing or delivering. On the contrary, when purchasing from the supermarket shelves no problem can be found.

Missing one box!
The biscuit is wonderful, but it says pack of 4, but they sent only 3!!

Very very tasty
Reminded me of decades-old holidays in Italy so was surprised to find them again after so long - they are absolutely delicious - arrived when expected and totally undamaged

Caveat Emptor
Enjoyed these in Italy; perhaps one of the tastiest cookies I've ever eaten. BEWARE: not one box had presentable cookies; they were mostly broken cookies and crumbs. Still tasted great, but could not put them out for company. Noble experiment to try to buy in the US; an expensive experiment.

Arrived broken and crumbled
I love these cookies, they are probably the best kind I’ve ever had. I ordered 4 boxes from this source, and unfortunately, every single one was broken. They are a very crumbly cookie, so if it’s broken, it’s ruined. I’ve ordered these cookies from other sources before many times and they have always arrived just fine, so I believe there must be some fault in this company’s storage or shipping method.
