Amaretti Italian Cookies (Bonomi) 200g_AB

I am from Italy and amaretti cookies are part of the culture.You can eat them straight out of the box with coffee or use them to make some dessert.I use them often to make semifreddo (lit. semi-cold, something similar to gelato, yer creamer) and with these amaretti, it always turns out amazing.
