I could rant and rave and get all specific in the hopes of getting "helpful" votes but, seriously, all I really need to say is that it was a perfect drop-in replacement for the original bathroom fan in my RV. The size of these is standardized across the industry so, if yours looks like it's about 14-15 inches square then stop worrying about it or questioning it. This is what you need and yes, it will fit.Just remove the old one and unplug it. Those same wires get connected to this one and then you install this using proper waterproofing techniques. (Surface preparation is the most important step in the process!! Clean, clean, clean!! And then clean it once more!!)The lid opens and closes as smoothly as can be expected at this price point, and the fan is quieter than expected. For the price, it's perfect!Take note though that it only comes with the thin garnish. If your ceiling is thicker, (as-in a 2x4 on edge), you'll need to buy a thicker garnish separately. Or just spray your old one with bright white paint, like I did. ;-)

As others have stated, one corner was bent while there was no damage to the outside of the box. You will need an installation kit consisting of the screws and sealant tape. The upper lid is fairly flimsy plastic, however I use an addition cover over the vent. There are no installation instructions, but it is fairly straightforward.

This does not work with older rvs with thicker roofs. 2 inch max roof depth only. I used old taller pieces to make work with new top.

These are nice. A little flimsy. once installed they work great. Except you can see light through the plastic which tells me they are rather thin.

I used parts from the vent to fix my hail damaged camper.

It was a direct fit for replacing an older vent in our RV. It was easy to install.
