Neck plates seem fine, Screws work, but...
Neck plates seem fine, comes with plastic backing, Screws are too rounded though, they stick out leaving rough edges in the slots and will scratch surfaces if guitar set down.

A Horrible Experience
Metal bends when you screw it on a neck and doesn't lay flush with the body. Arrived damaged with broken and missing plastic covers, company vehemently yelled at me for bringing up the issue. The plastic covers are too small for the bolt plate width as well so they are simply landfill bait. Rude overpriced and low quality.

Plates are good screws are soft.
The plates are great. Had to by screws from another company as the ones that came with it, stripped in seconds. Only the chrome ones were strong enough. You get what you pay for.

Careful with hole pattern
They are nice but be careful, the holes are all slightly different. Only one of them fit my hole pattern.

Nice neck plate, I sanded the top to make it look worn.
