Works Great!
I purchased 3 for my bathrooms, and they have been excellent! They work efficiently, keeping the rooms well-ventilated and fresh. Easy to install, replacement for 20+ yr old fan
Simple enough to remove the old fan and install this one. Noise is like a nice high flow fan, this one will do a better job. Much smoother than the old one. Not shipped with instructions. There is an excellent YouTube video from a guy that highlights things to keep in mind. You'll mainly need a quarter inch driver, and maybe a wrecking bar to break the flange free if your old fan is glued on like mine was. Build quality seems comparable to the old fan.
