They work well just once you figure out how to use them

I’ve used a similar/same product from a different brand but the elastic would pull out of one side after only a couple (2 or 3) uses. Hoping this will be a little more durable. So far so good.

There was a bit of a learning curve but especially if you have waves/curls these are worth the extra effort at the beginning. You know when you can sweep your hair into a pony and love how it looks but by the time you wrap a hair tie around it securely it doesn’t resemble the swept look anymore? These fix that. I found them to be very secure however I have learned that it helps to move both hooks closer to my head when I am finished wrapping around the pony if they are not already there.

These don’t break as fast as other brands I’ve tried, but they still do break and stretch after some use. They are OK.

I have very thick 4B/C textured hair and these hold my ponytails very securely and they are better than regular bands. You can wrap them to adjust the tightness.

These bungees are simply but durably constructed. Had to replace the CHEAP bungee which pooped before I even got to wear my $200 bungee ponytail from Hidden Crown… these are very well made and hold up to my thick hair coupled with the ponytail … I definitely recommend on natural hair as well for a more relaxed pony or updo ( which I have also used these for since purchase).

I use these to tie my houseplants, and hook all kinds of little things.
