Outstanding customer service
Fantastic customer service from John at Breckline. I ordered 2 of these and only needed 1. The other has sat in a drawer for 6 months until we needed it. It would not initially charge, but John walked me through some trouble-shooting to get it going. I know the margins on these are small, so they're probably not making any money off this sale. This type of customer service is so rare that I was moved to add my review.By the way the other unit has been A+ since day 1.

Great buy for these scanners, but they were a little more beat up then described. Also batteries were dead on arrival. Hope the batteries hold up as promised
