use this salt for my hermit crabs saltwater pools, this box lasts me a very long time and it is great!

Works well and packed well. Suggest using a funnel to put in tank or mixture. Will stain plastic over time. Recommend and will buy again.

Almost what I ordered…
Item was originally purchased through “The Aspire Group”. Package had tracking via FedEx. Said it was delivered and it never arrived. Contacted the company and they sent a much larger replacement for the shipping mishap.Great for making up batches of salt water for hermit crabs.

It is not thick.... it is not supposed to be, I am not sure why I was asked this question. I use instant ocean to make salt water for my hermit crabs. Mix a 1/2 cup of instant ocean with a gallon of distilled water. My crabs don't use much so I keep the gallon jug on hand for the next use. A box lasts me about a year.
