I contacted Kiehls direct and asked if they changed formulation for this product and they informed me that they did not. They also informed me that 3rd party sellers on Amazon do not have any permission nor does Kiehls stand by the product if ordered thru Amazon. So basically if you order this product via Amazon, you are not getting a true Kiehls problem. Luckily Amazon refunded me…
