My boyfriend and I have been taking the micro ingredients melatonin for about 5 months now. One bag will last you a LOOOOONG time. I still have about a fourth of it left. I was a little concerned when I purchased it that previously I used to take 4-6 MG before bed and it was enough. I was worried I would feel very drugged with 15mg. But actually I like it better. It is not like I am super drugged but when I fall asleep I have the best sleep in the first few hours after dozing off. I am sure the melatonin is to thank for this.We also purchased it to help fend off Covid as it helps your immune system and gets you better rest to have better immunity. We have not caught Covid so I guess it could be helping (or we have just been lucky). Never can really tell with thses things.I do have to admit my boyfriend and I both agree it is one of the most difficult pills to swallow. It sticks in the back of our throat every time. It is a minor thing but for someone like myself who has a pretty sensitive gag reflex, it has been a challenge to learn how to swallow it without gagging on it. It does not taste bad or anything, it just gets very sticky when it gets wet.Anyway I have been very happy with my purchase and plan to continue to use the micro ingredients brand melatonin.

This is one of the rare occasions that you order something with great skepticism, and are rewarded by reading the honest reviews of other folks. And a manufacturer that delivers on a product. Need help nodding off, you might want to try this. It won't keep you asleep, thank goodness. But it will certainly help you fall asleep. You get a lot for your money also. Can't honestly say I'm wild about the flavor. But they go down quick with a swallow of water. My son started taking it and has had the same results that I've had. So it's not just a fluke.

All three of us routinely use two different rotating high quality brands in 20mg. They are soft and disappear immediately, and most importantly, knock you out ALL night! These are ridiculously cheap. So hard it sounds like you're breaking your teeth. NONE of us felt they worked at all, even taking DOUBLE doses. I Threw them away and went with the good stuff. SLEEP IS PRICELESS!

I like the sublingual (under tongue) form. Works well w/in 20-30 minutes.

As far as the sleep goes, it's great.The ad says fast dissolve.It is not. The pills are hard as rocks. They don't melt in your mouth at all. I soak them on water and still doesn't dissolve.I had to use a mortar and pestle to grind them. Even that was a challenge because I had to pound them to even break them with a tissue over them because they are so hard they fly out of the dish. Then after I finally smash them into a powder, I have to soak in water about an hour before bedtime so it is finally able to mix it.I won't buy anymore of these because it isn't my idea of what is supposed to be easy to use.I don't recommend only because theyado not dissolve as advertised.
