I've been using this brand for about six months now, recently they switched to using capsules which I much prefer as they are much easier to swallow and don't smell anywhere near as much as the pills did. I find taking these with my meals makes digestion much easier and I no longer suffer from bloating

I find these types of capsules difficult to swallow so usually dump them out into a glass of water and chug. This doesn't taste great but definitely preferable to drinking raw cider vinegar!I haven't notice much of a difference to my overall health or weight but I have digestive issues and they seem to alleviate some of the symptoms (cramping, bloating, constipation).Overall, I probably wouldn't buy them again but everyone is different - what doesn't work for me might be ideal for someone else.

I used to buy the gummies but it worked out cheaper to buy these. Nothing wrong with them. The tablets themselves are quite large so if you struggle to swallow big tablets I suggest you find an alternate unless you have a tablet crusher.

I bought this as a weightloss supplement after extensive review of best supplements for weightloss. I am so excited to have found these and nog gave to drink apple cider vinegar and worry about the damage to my teeth. Now I can have the same results in a convenient way.

but i suppose its how you feel, I include this in my daily routine and feel great! The smell is very strong but I like that.
