My 4 grandchildren and their father loved this toy. However, one remote didn't work and the company immediately send a brand new toy. Who could ask for anything more! I also send one as a gift to my amazing co-worker who also loves the toy.

My granddaughter is a robot lover and she had this item once before. She was heartbroken when it was accidently broken so I quickly bought a replacement and she was very excited. It's easy to setup and use and she put "Fetch" to work right away.

Bought these for my 12 year old grandson and almost 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas gifts. They both loved them. Of course the 12 year old had to help his little sister figure things out, but both were happy with the robots and loved that the robot could carry small items. Only downside is the remote control is very, very tiny; only several inches. I anticipate it getting lost quickly.

The only directions on how to operate are on the box that may be ripped apart in shreds if your child gets to it first like mine did. I have still not figured out how to record a voice on the bot other than by accident.

My bonus daughter loved this robot! It is sturdy and can actually carry a Dr Pepper can with ease! She carries little messages room to room now 😂 definitely great for pre teens!

The remote control does not work. Have reported it to the seller, but hasn't been resolved as of now. Purchased for my grandson for Christmas, was a disappointment.

9-11 year old grandkids really enjoy this

My kids love it! Moves great and controls are simple and easy to use for my 6, 8 & 10yo. So cute too!
