Excellent! Powerful, Quiet, Easy to Clean.
My wife purchased the 11 cup version after returning a processor bought from another store. That food processor was noisy and had so many parts to clean (5 including a gasket). This food processor is sturdy, quiet, powerful and easy to clean. It has a nifty additional cover that is not so tall and can be used for everything you make except when using the slicer blades which makes it very compact to store in tight spaces. The price was excellent at the time she purchased it $129.99.

powerful small chopper
small and mighty. Does a great job for small items. Love that it is small and powerful. Great price. Last one just like this one lasted 15 years. So happy I found one just the same.

Fantastic. Worth every penny.
14-Cup Cuisinart Food ProcessorMy wife and I absolutely love this 14-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor. We have been improving our cooking and this 14-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor. We chose it because it was recommended by Cooks Illustrated/America’s Test Kitchen, who we really trust and rely on for information and recommendations. We have used this 14-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor to slice, chop and puree and it works like a charm, making quick work of anything and everything we put into it. It has several safety features to keep it from running unless the bowl and lid are properly attached. If you don’t attach both the bowl and lid it will not operate. The blades are sharp and easy to clean. There are two different sized feed chutes/plungers and 2 slicing disks along with the cutting blade. The pluse switch is very responsive and works great. This 14-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor is something needed in every kitchen and is excellent.

I am so glad that I finally purchased my Cuisanart 14 cup food processor!!
It took me months of reading and watching videos to finally decide to buy this brand of food processor. I have not been disappointed one bit! I was really thinking I should save and get a Breville. But I made the plunge that fit my budget much better. I have made pizza dough that turned out wonderful and so fast. I make cauliflower rice all the time. It is so fast and easy. It's definitely better to try to have your floweretts all cut about the same size. I make butter every week which is delicious and fun and I make home made peanut butter that my husband loves. I also have used it now several times for pie dough and empanada dough. It is super fast and easy and has turned out perfectly every time. It is very sturdy and doesn't move at all on the counter while I make my dough. It also grates cheese evenly and with very little waste.. Clean up is pretty easy too. I wash it right after I use it, in hot soapy water and rinse well. The only complaint I have is that there are a couple of places that you can't get in with a towel to dry. But I have found if I just leave it out on a towel for a few hours exposed to the air, those dry completely as well. Also, I have found that if I dry it with a tea towel it comes out shiny and new looking. I don't use it for chopping garlic, but I tried it once and it worked. It's just easier to do that by hand with little clean up afterward. I wanted to cover these points for you to hopefully make your decision faster than mine. It works just great and is much more budget friendly. I am very happy with my purchase.

Ideal Size for Small Apartments, Packs Enough Power, but requires Careful Handing and Handwashing
I’ve been using my 7-Cup Pro Classic regularly—at least three dozen times since purchasing it in late February 2025—and it continues to meet my food processing needs. I prepare whole week meals for 1-2 people, and bake 2-3 times per week. The wattage, work bowl size, and functions are well-suited for my kitchen, a galley-style space in a 600 sq. ft. NYC apartment. It’s reliable, easy to clean, holds power when fully loaded, and is intuitive to operate. Based on performance, I’m giving it four stars. Why Four Stars?A few limitations keep it from being perfect:1. Dishwasher Concerns – I hand wash the work bowl and lid because many reviews report heat warping in the dishwasher. While I don’t mind handwashing, this could be a drawback for frequent users. I will not be dishwashing any components aside from the stainless blade.2. Durability of Plastic – This is my first personal food processor, but I grew up using a 14-Cup Professional Classic. The older model’s work bowl felt thicker and more durable (on the order of 1 to 2 millimeters thicker), while the 7-Cup Classic’s plastic seems more brittle and prone to cracking. I handle it carefully, but I have prepared myself for the bowl and/or lid to crack from normal use, and well before the motor gives out. Extending bowl thickness, as well as introducing a metal mechanism for the base safety lock, could significantly improve parts longevity.ConclusionDespite these minor issues, I strongly recommend the 7-Cup Pro Classic. I chose it over the KitchenAid 7- and 9-Cup processors (reported quality and lid/bowl locking design issues) and the Cuisinart Core Custom 10-Cup (concerns over its plastic clutch/drive system and noise). This model strikes a great balance of performance and size, making it a solid choice.
