I called the merchant’s contact info and chatted and got exact electronic to replace lost charger cord. Received the new one immediately and it works fine. Delightful to be able to contact helpful, personal information!

They are Defective cable
I bought this cable long time ago but didn’t have to use it until these days.Just to find out that the cable is defective (not able to charge my waterpik)I tested the cable itself it’s not bringing any voltage except for 0.2 Volt Instead of 5 VI do understand it’s out of the exchange Return window, so I’ll just have to look for more reliable place to buy from
