Philips Healthcare Respironics DreamWear Silicone Pillow, Small Cushion

After reading reviews I went with small versus medium, as some users said the medium was a bit big. I am 6' 2" and weigh 240 and have a big head and nose. I've tried so many and this is the first in-nasal that fits my nose perfectly; with no air leaks or morning nasal soreness. Will be ordering many more.

I tried the medium and as long it was applied to my nose without any pressure it was a comfortable fit. But, of course, some pressure from the strap is necessary to keep it in place. With the strap tight enough to keep it immobile I experienced intermittent noisy rushes of cool air on my face adjacent to my nose. I spent the better part of two nights trying to jiggle it into a sweet spot only to have it dislodge with the slightest motion. I then ordered a small. On close examination it is the same size as the medium except the holes are smaller. It makes a big difference for me. I can tighten the strap to secure it on my nose and I do not hear and feel escaping air.

This is the perfect size for someone who has a petite face. Works great.

I finally found a mask that works for me. It has been a long battle. I am a mouth breather but the full face masks were causing lip issues even with my humidity nearly at the highest level so I bought a good chin strap and tried all the nasal options. I tried this one last because I believed it would hurt my nose to have anything going into my nostrils but this was not an issue and my events and leaks went from terrible to decent. I recommend this highly. It is also well priced. Maybe now cpap therapy will work for me after literally a year fighting it every night. I need good sleep and at last it has happened for me.

The respiratory therapist at the healthcare place where I got my equipment told me I should wear a medium mask but the medium nasal pillow mask bruised my nostrils and left me sore. So I ordered the small and it is absolutely perfect. Sometimes I don’t know that thing is on my face. I am really thrilled with the dreamwear line of Phillips Rebic. Makes compliance easy.
