Works well caution size ran small for me , could be more comfortable with out a cShirt on, but work well for the price

Really like this product. I'm using it for deadlifting and overhead press at the moment. Very helpful

Works, but isn't the best.
I bought this excited as I have been wanting to upgrade my lifting belt and thought this was it but haven't been very impressed. Not comfortable at all and fairly difficult to adjust. I am going to give it some time to see if breaking it in helps and may update my review to higher stars at that time, but currently I would give it 2.5 stars if I could.
