I have been using a very expensive memory foam pillow for 3 years and it wasn't doing the trick lately. I have a fractured iliac bone (thank you cancer) and sitting has been nearly impossible. I can already tell that this is giving a lot more cushion because it doesn't flatten out as much. I will need to get another one for my car, because this one is already locked in as the house cushion. A terrific deal

This is the best cushion I have ever purchased. It keeps it's shape, comfortable and I gave it to a friend who had a hip replacement and she said the same thing.

Okay now this has been a lifesaver this is an excellent product wonderful cushion could be a little bigger but I suppose I'm you know what I'm tired of that mentality yes I can complain it should be a little bit bigger and you know what I'm changing from five stars to four stars make it bigger. The other models on the market yeah they're even smaller I'm tired of us getting less and being told to accept that because it's just how it is. No this thing is $30 and all it took was a mold and some material you could give me just a slightly larger cushion for $30. All right with that rant out of the way yes it makes the seat far more comfortable. It doesn't cover the entire area of the seat so it has a tendency to move around a bit the case that comes with it has what appears to be rubberized dots on the bottom but they do very little to keep the cushion in place. It's very functional it's well designed and it makes sitting more comfortable. Make it a little bigger and I'd be a happy human.

We weren't sure it would work, but we use it in car. I will be buying another one because we fought over this one on vacation

Meh, that is all I seem to want to say about this. I believe that the cushion might be better if the cells were a little firmer, or if the material were. The "honeycomb" style of cushion would actually be more detrimental to the user if sitting on it for too long.Unlike other products, say, Purple, the rubber cells collapse completely, and the neighboring cells do not have enough firmness to support the collapsed cells.So, basically, you are just sitting on a piece of compressed rubber. No, I'm not FAT!It's a cool color, though.

Very comfortable for me, this helped prevent/relieve some chronic SI joint/hip pain. I have used it as a wheelchair cushion, a car seat add on, and in bed while sitting. It does not have the best gripping effect if you tend to slide while seated but I do recommend this.I tried pairing it with my foam based cushion as well, stacking them, and it felt perfect with that as a combination.I recommend and it's a reasonable price.

This is an INCREDIBLE cushion. Huge, extremely comfortable, and thick (for a gel pad) -- immediate relief of coccyx pain when sitting. It's one of my best amazon purchases to date. I much prefer this one to those large foam cushions, which are too tall and hard. If you are in search of the perfect cushion, look no further!

I can't recommend this gel cushion enough! TMI: Senior citizen who lost over 120 pounds. Skin doesn't snap back at that age, making sitting very uncomfortable. This cushion makes all the difference in comfort. Only complaint: wish it was a little thicker, but otherwise, excellent choice.
