Yes, it is all good as far as I am concerned.

Amazing
For years I have suffered with soft flakey nails and never been able to grow them.Since taking rosehip supplement after 6 weeks my nails have become healthy and strong I can now wear nail polish with pride.

It does help with pain
Relatively easy to swallow, takes a few days to start working, then it takes the edge off pain. I tried not taking them and definitely noticed a difference, so take them regularly now.

Don’t expect miracles!
A month or so after starting a course of these pills I can’t honestly say my arthritic fingers are any better. But maybe I should not expect miracles…
