Voxx Replica HELLCAT Custom Wheel - 20x9, 20 Offset, 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern, 71.6mm Hub - Matte Black Rim

Ordered these in late May, they arrived quickly and looked awesome! I'm in a very rural area and had to drive quite a distance to have them installed/balanced. They look amazing on my car, but won't balance. I complained to the tire shop (assuming it was an error on their end.) They tried again when they were able to get me a new appointment (a week or so later.) Still vibrating down the road - no better. They had me order spacers and set a new appointment. When those wheel spacers came in (again, about a week later...) I had them install and try again. Still bouncing down the road badly from 50-70 mph. I went to a different tire shop that also had bad results. Finally, I drove an hour and a half to the closest shop that had a Road Force Balancer machine to see what the issue was. They said they all balanced beautifully, with the exception of one wheel. They said it was defective and would never balance. They moved it to the rear of the vehicle to try and help the vibration some until I could get it replaced. Of course, with me ASSUMING the wheels were good and the tire shops were to blame, and living out in the middle of nowhere, I was not able to get all of these visits and adjustments done within 30 days. Now that I know what the issue is, Motor City Customs said since I'm outside of 30 days, they can't help me. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. $959.64... DOWN THE DRAIN... I was not asking for a full refund. I just wanted to ship the defective wheel back to them and have them send me a good one. Terrible customer service toward someone that just dropped almost $1k.
