Excellent for brain function.

I have used this Mind and Memory Matrix by Nature Craft for a few months now. It has really helped my thinking ability and decision making. I remember things easier, especially when I lay something down, like the car keys and could not remember where they were . Now it's easy to remember these necessary things.I have put this on my Subscribe and Save account and look forward to the savings and the extra help.

This product has improved my ability to remember things, but it's not 100% effective. I have added red clover (a phyto-estrogen) to help with brain function and the two together seem to work well together.

I am giving these a 5 because this is my first bottle. I have been using a competitive brand and I like the price and ingredients in these. I am happy they are less expensive and I hope they are making my brain healthy!

Got it I'm already using it took a little bit to work but it seems to be doing somethingI would recommend this item if you are experiencing memory problems..
