not so easy installation
I gave this product a three because it is difficult to understand the installation instructions. I still haven’t installed it because I’m still trying to figure it out.

Does a fair job of diverting air
The frame that holds the plastic in place was a bit difficult to clip on to the window unit. Needs a better design. Does a fair job once installed. Also expensive for what you get.

The package arrived. Properly sealed. WITHOUT instructions on how to install it.

Item Arrived Broken Without Instructions
I'm not sure how I'm supposed to install this item. It could probably work, if it wasn't broken and there were instructions.I've sent for a replacement--we'll see.
