I was critically vitamin D deficient. I've been using this supplement for three months , and, yesterday lab work shows my vitamin D level is now within mid normal range. This product is the answer for folks who have recurring issues with low Vitamin D labs which result consistent lethargy. I’ve been taking it as directed for 10 days or so and I can feel a boost in my energy level particularly in the morning and midday. The drag greatly reduced! It’s easy to take either straight, under the tongue or in juice because it’s flavorless and absorbs immediately. I think it’s a quality product given the rapid impact. I’m a notoriously picky consumer, but I will buy this product again if it keeps me off the prescribed mega dose of VitD3. I will report back!

It's so hard to "review" a vitamin, especially after only beginning to take it. It seems a good quality. I've never taken liquid vitamin D before, but the ingredient list is complete and it's easy to take. No flavor, well-packaged, convenient. I don't notice any differences since beginning to take it, but like I said, I only just began. Usually vitamins take a while to be effective. I can't really say if I recommend or not, since I still have all my aches and pains, but we'll see!

I like the combination but,not the taste.

My vitamin D deficiency is very low and this vitamin was recommended by a friend. It works better than the pill form and I also notice I'm sleeping better at night.

As well as taking my Magnesium with this, I feel more energized than before, even though I was feeling fatigue ALWAYS. Didn’t have any taste at all, & I didn’t have any bad effects like a stomach ache when taking it. Good quality, will now be buying this product.

This has worked great for me ! I went to the doctors for a physical and also because I’ve been experiencing twitches in random places more often than your usual twitch along with some muscle weakness. Apparently I had very low vitamin d levels and I can say over the course of 2 months it has made a difference for me :) I use it in my daily smoothies I don’t even taste it.
