Great protein to calorie ratio, horrible flavor
My biggest negative was the flavor, imagine the banana flavor laffy taffy synthetic aftertaste and that’s what it is amped up.Update- add bananas and cinnamon, it will help cover up the taste. There are better options out there in regards to flavor, price per gram of protein, as well as protein to calorie ratio. This product filled the need in a pinch after I could not find my regular protein in stock and would probably buy again in a pinch but flavorless and hope it’s not as bad. Do your research and get a product based on your individual goals. This meets mine in regards to growing muscle mass while not adding unnecessary calories but again there are better products.

2 out of 3 bags OPEN
I purchased 3 bags on a buy 2 get 1 free sale. 2 bags were delivered open. Can’t return or replace the bags due to buying this product on sale. Because I have to throw away the opened bags, it’s a buy 1 bag for the price of 2 😑 Haven’t used the third unopened bag out of frustration and disappointment.

Don’t use too much milk. Can get very thick. But guaranteed results!
