The tweeters are TERRIBLE!!
I bought these for a Toyota Tacoma I have. They caught my attention because they were cheap and pretty well reviewed. After receiving them and looking them over they appeared to be of surprising higher quality which was more than I expected. Unfortunately I can't say that they sounded all that great. After hooking these up I was disappointed by the sound quality so much so that Ithought itmight be the aftermarket head unit so Ireplaced that as a test and found that the sound quality didn't change. The problem stemmed from the tweeters. They were almost nonexistent. So I thought it might be the included crossover so I disconnected it but that made no difference. In the end I just used the 6x9 woofer/mid-range and scrapped the crossovers AND tweeters. I purchased these tweeters https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BBQYCNV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1as a replacement and I am SO HAPPY I DID!!! They sound GREAT!!!! Although installation in the doors of a 05 Tacoma is a bit tricky. In the end for $50 I got the 6x9 woofer/mid-range and I spent another $25 for the replacement tweeters but I'm fine with that since I got the sound I wanted.

Surprised
These were way better than I expected, but it's what I expected for price & what they are. I installed these in my kid's accord powered by a 1000w crunch amp (which is maybe 75-80w a channel RMS at best). Bassy enough that I won't be installing a sub, way more bassy than other 6x9's of higher quality but highs aren't as crisp as a higher end speaker would have. Playing around with tweeter location they seem to only sound good pointed up at the rear window.Tossed a nice set 6.5" components up front, cut them at 160hz & the system sounds really good for $250.00 she spent on cheap audio gear (these, boss HU, Crunch Amp, Cerwin Vega door speakers). I would compare it's over all loudness to say an upgraded Infinity system on a lexus w/ a sub but not as crisp & a bit louder over all. But for the crap mumble rap she listens to they're perfect. I wouldn't put these in my personal vehicle but I'm not 17 & doing a budget build.I wouldn't suggest buying these if you're going to run them off your head unit, these need to be on an amp or they'll sound terrible. 50wx4 head unit isn't enough

Blown after a month and a half
I thought they would be good speakers for the price I didn’t even last me a month and a half Really disappointing only had a 300 W amp on it and the reason why I switched them out it’s cause the speakers I had in there we’re getting old And of course my warranty is out

Good deal for lower end systems
You get exactly what exactly what you pay for with the added bonus of decent quality. If you’re looking to upgrade an aging stock stereo and need something as specific as this they’re a great choice. Decent sound at a great price. Under powered for a high wattage system but perfect for a low end upgraded deck or the factory system in need of newer speakers.

Great sound
undeniable upgrade from factory speakers! The only modification I had to do to install them was to bend some plastic that I could have cut with tin snips. The larger speakers are great the tweeters in my opinion could have been made a tad bit larger for a little broader sound profile, But if you buy some lager midrange tweeters it would sound great. overall a great buy for the money.

Great!
Great presentation in the box and build quality seems to be high quality. After installing them, I'm having second thoughts about them. The tweeters are very low volume even at higher volume and the woofer has more vocal then low/mid range sound. I'm hoping it might be just the aftermarket radio I'm using(Kenwood KDC-HD262U) and it's not getting enough power.I will update when I have more answers.
