This isn't the greatest test booster supplement that I've ever taken, but it is definitely better than some. And it helps with recovery and boosts my energy level during workouts and unknown workout days.

It works great. I can definitely tell my recovery from workouts are twice as fast.I noticed, especially when I stop taking it for about two weeks, and I noticed I was sore twice as long as I used to be post workouts.

Idk what ecdysterone is didn't want it should have read more I guess been buying same brand for years didn't know they would mix drugs kinda stupid won't buy again

I've been taking Ecdysterone for a while now with great results and thought maybe the added Turkesterone would amp up the benefits. Sadly this complex gives me heartburn while straight Ecdysterone from the same manufacturer does not.I do fully believe that, if not for the heartburn, this would be a superior blend vs straight Ecdy. But for now I will need to stick to Ecdysterone.Big props to the seller. They reached out and offered help. Thanks.
