We bought this for an evening's entertainment at home - a small family party for a birthday celebration. The set contains everything you need to play roulette and black jack. It is very good value for money and great fun. The packaging is excellent and great if you want to give this as a gift. The roulette wheel is not flimsy and sturdy enough to keep the fun and excitement going. The set is a perfect size for a table top. Great fun.

Apprehensive when I ordered after seeing some photos of cracked wheels, thankfully ours arrived in one piece. It’s a fantastic size and works perfectly although we have only sampled it and will not used it properly until NYE. It seems to spin really well. The box to keep it in is rubbish, not sturdy at all and when I opened it one of the chips boxes had opened up and were everywhere, its like the box isn’t deep enough for the wheel too. We will have to use the amazon box it arrived in to keep it safe from damage. There is a black jack set up on the reverse of the roulette side, this could be made clearer in the sales pitch. Other than that we can’t wait to use it.

This item was good quality and arrived on time, well packaged. The box is classy but annoying as it is a large flat base with holes for the different items and a lid that goes on top and around the sides. This means that if you don't pick it up carefully, the bottom falls out and the chips end up all over the floor. I would have preferred proper chips, but after a lot of research, I decided the sets with nice chips were too dear so this was the best value for money. The chips are different coloured plastic with values printed on, they are small but they come nicely stacked in two little plastic boxes. The ball doesn't roll for as long as I remember from my youth before it settles.

Excellent smooth running wheel, clear instructions and two sets of chips in fitted boxes with 1,2,5,10,25 and 50 values plus an attractive green "faites vos jeux" cloth. I spent ages looking at more expensive wheels but so glad we got this one. It came in a compact sturdy cardboard box wrapped in ribbon - so would make a great gift. And having the fitted box for storage is a great help with so many pieces. There's even a spare steel ball in case an exuberant croupier shoots one under the sofa! : ) Haven't got round to the black jack cards yet but we will!

We liked everything about it. Larger than some roulette wheels on offer but ideal for a large party. Played it on Saturday when we had a few friend over and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. Taking it down to Kent for our annual Boxing Day family party where there will be 34 people ranging from 3 to 77 yrs. Ideal game for big group and can be played by a wide spectrum of ages. Thought the history of your company was very interesting, even the packaging was thoughtfully done and it was well-built. We loved it all. Thank you!.

Having ordered previously from this company & reading reviews for the Roulette Game I was looking forward to receiving this as purchased for a Xmas gift.I was however disappointed on the presentation this time, box was damaged & the contents was rattling around inside. The ribbon was presented on the wrong side of the box. I made the decision to open it up as could not give as a gift as it was. The balls had come out of their little container & also one of the chips had opened & were every where.The chips are very small , more like tiddlywinks & cheap looking & the Green Mat was also very small. The Roulette Wheel was of good quality & has a nice spin to it.Unfortunately I will not be giving this as a gift now but decided to keep myself. I may purchase better quality chips & mat in the future.Advice to seller , contents needs to be more secure.

My son requested a toy roulette table while he was in the hospital and was playing a particular video game featuring roulette. Once we got home, I ordered this one up for him. The "Jaques" version is of excellent quality and was shipped to us fast. We were impressed with how posh and classy the item was boxed and ribboned. As far as toy roulette tables go, I don't think another brands could even begin to surpass it. It comes with several accessories - also of fine quality - including two decks of cards. I further enjoyed perusing the included booklet on "Jaques" and their illustrious history. Absolutely fabulous!

Such a shame, having purchased many other games from Jaques that really were of a high standard, that this Roulette set was so poor, Luxury Roulette Wheel it is not. I'd already purchased another full size cloth and chips as I knew and expected the one in the set to be small, which was the case. But I really thought given the price and the description that the "luxury" Roulette wheel itself would be of a decent quality. I couldn't have been more wrong as the Roulette wheel is very very poor indeed. Not only is it just a bit of very cheap plastic it is virtually unusable. The reason for this is that there is a small hidden track that is at the top of the inside of the wheel covered by the outer rim that when the ball is knocked too hard by the spinning centre wheel that it bounces up into this track and spins round the wheel under the outer rim constantly without ever coming out and has to be retrieved by turning the whole thing upside down, removing the centre wheel and shaking the whole thing till the ball falls out, rather infuriating when your trying to play. Maybe I expected too much, cheap plastic I could almost understand if the wheel worked, but it doesn't. Real shame, real let down.
