Love These - better grips - versatile
Getting older, losing grip strength, have arthritis? These are great. Many types of grips you can do. Less twisting of wrists, etc. The inventor was clever. Strongly recommend.

I honestly wish these came in other weights. They are so versatile and can be used for so many different lifting exercises. Because of their shape, I don’t worry about dropping them as I work out in my apt. I purchased two 10lb weights, and I’m hoping the company comes out with 5lb and 20lb options.Get them!
