Soft - Smells Good - No Tangles
As can be seen by my profile pic, I have long, thick hair. The sulfate-free conditioner that I used for years is no longer available. I have been through a plethora of conditioners in the past four months, all of which: fell short, they left my hair dry, and I always had to use a spray detangler. After using this JASON conditioner, "Thicken & Restore Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid", for the first time, my hair was soft and there was no need for detangler spray. 👍👍

Made my hair full and healthy looking
Just used both the shampoo and conditioner together and my hair came out with beautiful fullness and shine. So, I love the product itself, however... the shampoo was leaking and seemed only 3/4 of the way full. The conditioner was closed with a tape... not sure if that was standard or it had opened also, and that was how they dealt with it. Hope the company figures out their quality control because I love the product and it could be dangerous if someone is playing with the product before it gets to the customer.

Organic AND amazing!
I can't say enough about this conditioner. It smells great, is made of great ingredients and my hair apparently appreciates it! I honestly was starting to think that my hair was thinning before I started using this product. However, it turns out that I just needed something "reparative" to help with split ends. Even though I was cutting my hair regularly, I was still getting split ends due to my need to take really hot showers (yes, hot water plus hair equals bad juju!). Although I am trying to take more mild-temp. showers, using this conditioner has worked wonders for my hair. I could tell the difference in my hair's texture after using this product just one time and my hair has been much softer and never tangles anymore (my hair is about 6 inches past my shoulders and used to be tangled all the time and I had to use a detangler on a daily basis). I bought several bottles of this to keep my supply going, so needless to say - this conditioner is my favorite! :)

I highly recommend the shampoo and conditioner!
Helps with hair growth! My hair became dry and brittle when I turned 60. I have used Jason shampoo and conditioner with castor oil for 2 years. My hair is now soft and healthy. The scent is very nice! I am not one to give reviews, but for this, I had too! A definite product to try.

not fragrance free
Don't order this conditioner if you are allergic to fragrances as it has a very strong smell that I'm sure would not rinse out. It has a very strong odor. This product came up in a search for fragrance free hair conditioners. Sadly it is NOT!

NOT FRAGRANCE FREE
Update - The manufacturer has apparently confirmed to me in an answer to a question here on Amazon that they do not claim this product is fragrance-free.They certainly used to make that claim, as it was on their label. But it is not on their label anymore.Thank you to the others who anecdotally told me it does not have a smell or that it smells clean. The smell test is not sufficient for us who are vigilant about staying away from fragrances in products that go on our skin. It is all about the specific chemicals categorized as fragrances (no matter how they smell or not). This product appears to no longer be fragrance free. A couple of years ago, I bought this and the bottle said "fragrance free." The new bottle I got no longer says this, and it seems to smell stronger.A note on the term "fragrance free;" means that the product contains no substances that manufacturers use to create a scent or mask a scent, whether or not it was added for that purpose. Some substances considered fragrance can be added for reasons other than adding a scent. The term "perfume free" does not mean "fragrance free." "Perfume free" products can have substances considered fragrances, if they are not added with the intent for them to make the product smell different. Some fragrances are used to mask a scent of another ingredient, giving it a neutral smell. But because it contains a substance considered a fragrance, it is not "fragrance free."This has been a public service announcement. This is important for folk, like me, who only go for "fragrance free" products, not because the smell necessarily bothers us, but because fragrance ingredients gives us a skin reaction or rash.
