This phone has a straight forward flip design . It also has a good weight and size to grip hold of without fear of dropping it as most of the modern makes today have a habit of doing , I'm in my ( very ) late 60s , I have myenesthisa gravis and glaucome both of which affect my grip and sight , This phone can be used hands' free with a more than credible distance and sound range . Very good also for younger people who for some reason find it difficult to use the newer tiny phones and it's cheap .

It is often difficult for the person using this phone to hear what is being said. So no meaningful dialogue can be had. The person doesn't have hearing problems and this is whether it is on speaker is on or not

On the Negative:Cannot change the factory settings. Have not yet contacted seller about this.Volume nowhere near loud enoughSpeaker on phone back - so when not in use the ring tone is further diminished.SOS button problematic.WHY did I not return!Because it's the only phone my elderly, mentally disabled brother can use after a disaster with an expensive smart phone.So the PLUS side is that..It has some weight to itThe large buttons and flip screen are Dementia friendly.Overall - this phone is a great little spare but not for those who cannot use a mobile phone. It needs to be set for them and navigation is by intuition rather than instruction. The SOS will activate accidentally. Use of the phone assumes dexterity and no dementia. However, to have finally settled my relative with a phone he CAN use - must be given credit.EDIT - ONE MONTH LATERCannot hear anything from the caller - my relative very frustrated and has returned to old phone. I cannot fix it - so need a refund

Not an easy phone to set up and instructions not the same as it says on phone

Arrived next day, very functional, easy for an older person to navigate, Simple to use, Clear and easy to read text and numbers.

Brilliant for the elderly with big buttons

I have no obvious faults as I am still waiting for a sim card. The phone was purchased on the 25/05/24.

I don't dislike this phone its a great phone for everyday use
