Remember to turn off the switch!
This foams up almond milk super nice. Only issue is you have to remember to turn it off as the switch light turns off when it's actually still on.

Love Hate relationship (mostly hate)
This thing is confounding. It makes great foam, heats it as well. That is the extent of the positives. You have less than 7 seconds after it stops creating foam before foam turns back to liquid. If you pour after that magic window, you'll get liquid, followed by 'some' foam. How much foam based on how many seconds have elapsed, plus ratio of how much space in your cup vs how much milk you used in device. This thing is super quiet. Which oddly turns out to be a deficit. There is no alarm or anything to let you know its done. Precious seconds are ticking. And quiet means there is no audible signal to recognize its done. So you gotta watch the light like a hawk. There you are, like an idiot watching paint dry, poised to pounce moment light goes out. Then there is this truly odd feature that keeps the milk warm. You can make a larger batch, and it'll cycle heat on and off to keep it warm.Except, the foam has long gone back to liquid. Whatever foam is still left on top now too thick to pour. So all you did is make it harder to clean.Which brings us to cleaning. The powder coat finish inside cup isn't perfectly smooth. So you get this buildup of coagulated ... proteins I guess? You have to wipe these out thoroughly after each use. The gummy stuff balls up as you do. So you have to keep using fresh paper towel. Wiping and wiping. The bottom of cup has somewhat sharp corners, so getting the gunk out made even more challenging. You also have to pull off the agitator each time to get the stuff underneath it.You also aren't supposed to use faucet to rinse cup out. I imagine thats bc blasting water at shaft seal will damage it. Not even supposed to fill it with water or any other liquid besides milk. Its so difficult to clean it though, I'm forced to use water. I just make sure not to blast water at high velocity at it.My old foaming wand, I just needed to run it under running water, spin it dry. I could make a latte while rushing out the door. Can't do that anymore. The only way I can use this thing, is carefully fill it to lowest Min level. Watch it diligently for light to go out, immediately pour foam. All of it. Pouring excess into sink if it won't all fit in cup. Then repeat that process each time I want to make another cup. This was supposed to be better and easier than wand, but its actually much harder.

You get what you pay for
Froths well, however too much excess , no way to control little, medium, or maximum frothing, doesn’t turn off automatically. It’s “ok” for the price. You have to scrub the inside to clean it properly, unlike other forthers I’ve owned

I bought as a gift -
I bought as a gift for my daughter. She likes it, uses several times a week to make Matcha. Works as intended, good quality.
